Account Deletion Request Instructions

If you wish to delete your account on the APC MEMS App, please follow these steps. The data that will be deleted is your Membership Profile and Account for using the MEMS App

Option 1: Email Request

1. Compose an email to: info@apcsl.net
2. In the subject line, please include: “Account Deletion Request.”
3. In the body of the email, provide the following information:
   • Your Member ID Number.
   • A brief reason for your account deletion (optional but helpful for us to improve our services).
4. Double-check that you are sending the email from the email address associated with your MEMS App account.
5. Click ‘Send.’

Option 2: Visit the APC Secretariat

If you prefer to make the request in person, you can visit the APC Secretariat located at:

Address: 11A Old Railway line, Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Please follow these guidelines when visiting in person:

• Remember to bring a valid form of identification.
• Be prepared to provide your Member ID Number.
• Our staff will assist you in completing the account deletion process.

Once your account deletion request is received and verified, we will process it in accordance with our data management policies. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the deletion to take effect.
